Also this study is subject to further research.

Depression: Mood sour is a possibility due to consumption of vegetarian diet. Although reasearch on this is mixed. It has showed that it goes either ways. In a study of 400 new mothers, about 85 reported postpartum negative mood change (depression). Thus a vegetarian makes it more likely to be depressed.

Another study also showed  that vegetarians showed a lower anxiety and stress levels than meat eaters.

Brain: Another articles we looked up confirms that Choline, which is vital to all human is relatively low in vegetarian diet. Choline is contained in a better proportion for human need in meat and poultry.

What does eating vegetarian diet add to you?

Vegetarians tend to have a better heart health than meat eaters. Although the quality of the plant-based diet matters.

Being Vegan reduces the risk of having Diabetes.

The view people give to vegetarian diet is like a stereotype; concluding its health relevance.Consuming vegetarian diet together with french fries, white bread, and even white rice can thus be stated as junk food vegetarian and culd be detrimental to maintaining your vegan health.

To quit meat and fish isn't easy and palatable to most people, thus evgans are advised to consume a lot of fruits and whole grains to compensate for the nutrients in meat and fish.
